One of the problems that we see people face time and time again is that they don’t get their property tended to with the same care that they had when most of the landscaping features were put in. The restorations can be performed on hardscapes, water features, you name it. You don’t have to be too worried there.
This is without a doubt a tough call because if we are referring to how often you are going to need to cut your lawn and make sure that your trees and plants are doing well, then we would have to say that you should be doing that quite often. If we are instead talking about how often we believe that you should redo your patio or your water fixtures, that is another story. Actually, water features are almost going to be like pools, monthly maintenance can do them a world of good.
We think it is really important to keep in mind where you are and where you want to be as far as your landscaping goes. Of course, if you have a broken fountain or a patio that is falling apart, there is no denying the fact that you are going to need some help. That is a bit obvious. That being said, a lot of the other types of restoration work is not so cut and dry. At times, restoration may not even be your best option. We may recommend that you give us a chance to tear things down to build them back up.
This is actually something that we hinted to in the last paragraph. For the most part, what we are going to try and do is give you multiple options for restorations or replacements. These options are going to come with various different rates and an honest outlook. If we think that even repairing something is just not going to be worth it, we can let you know how long we predict that the repair will actually last. That way you can have a good idea of what you could expect from our services from the start.
The first thing that we have to say is that we don’t mean that if we didn’t design your garden in the first place you shouldn’t call. That is not what we are saying at all. It is just that time and time again we see great designs go to waste because they were not kept up properly. We know about design, and we know about maintenance.
